Musically Talented Employees

In call centers where there are tons of young people, it is not uncommon for some employees with musical inclinations to think of starting a band. Once that happens, other bands would start within the company and these people would even organize a concert or a performance during company parties. Keeping the employees happy is a good way of keeping them in an industry where it is quite common for people to jump from one company to another.

In Philippine call centers, where a couple of thousand young employees is nothing but normal, having a pregnant employee, at any time, is nothing irregular. Of course, these people get old as the years go by and they meet the love of their lives and live happily ever after. So my idea is, it will probably be a good idea to give this young moms or dads a uppababy vista 2012. Next year, we can probably think of a new kind of gift for the next batch of parents. Of course, if both mom’s and dads work in the company, they only get one.

Playbook Madness

People are now heavily into gadgets and with the rush of reservations, where to buy playbook is a question asked by a lot of consumers who rush to their favorite electronics retail outlet only to find out that they have been beaten by those who made reservations was ahead of time. Being a gadget freak should be taken seriously by those who benefit heavily from it. Otherwise, one should take it easy for disappointments are always bound to happen.

Good HR Suggestion

I don’t have any 20 year old in my BPO facility but I will not be surprised if others have a few 19 and turning 20 year olds. I think that having these qualified young people working is good. These people gets to make good money for their age and for those who come from poor families, they at least get to earn a grownups salary and be able to give decent help. I also think that companies giving 20th birthday surprises is also good for the morale of those people and it is also a chance for the rest of the workforce to have a party and be given a welcome distraction to their work.
